This coffee comes from various farmers in the Pasto municipality of Colombia's Narino department. Growing altitude for this blend ranges form 1800-2050 masl and varieties include Castillo (60%), Colombia (10%), and Caturra (30%). Coffees are fermented for 12-14 hours before drying on patios and under parabolic driers for 8-15 days.
